Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our courses. We ensure that our clients have a compensating experience while they find, evaluate, and buy our courses, regardless of whether it is teacher-driven or independent preparation.
Likewise, with any online buy insight, some terms and conditions administer the Refund Policy. At the point when you purchase an instructional class on HN Brainworks, you consent to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and discount strategy.

Our Refund Policy is as follows:

Cancellation and Refunds: Online Training

For Self-Placed Learning:

Any request for refund should be placed within 7 days of the purchase of the course. Any request after 7 days of purchase will not be considered. If the participant has accessed more than 25% content or has downloaded the E-BOOK refund policy is void.

For Instructor Led Training:

Any request for refund should be placed within 7 days of the purchase of the course. Any request after 7 days of purchase will not be considered. If the participant has accessed more than 25% of any E-Learning course or has attended Online Classrooms/ Received Recordings for more than a day or has downloaded the E-BOOK refund policy is void.

Cancellation & Refunds: Other Courses & Programs

HN Brainworks reserves the right to cancel/postpone an event or change location on events like insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force majeure events (floods, earthquake, political instability, etc.)
• In case HN Brainworks cancels an event within 10 days of purchase of the course the participant will be refunded 100% of the course fees. However, any logistics, travel or personal expense incurred by the participant will not be refunded.
• In case HN Brainworks cancels/postpones an event, the participants who are ahead of 10 days of purchase of course, will be rescheduled to any upcoming batch without any extra charges.
• If the cancellation is done by a client 10 days or more (prior) to the event, 10% of the total fee paid will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the client.
• If the cancellation is done by a client within 10 business days (or less) of the event, no refund will be made.
• No refunds or credits will be given to the participants who fail to attend the course.

Refunds: Duplicate Payment

Refunds of duplicate payment made by the client will be processed via the same method of payment in 10 business days post intimation by the client.

All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after refund request is approved by
HN BRAINWORKS.
